Recruit With Certainty. Pay One Fixed Fee.

Most agencies charge a percentage of salary — meaning the better the hire, the more you pay. Eewolve replaces that model with a single transparent fixed fee that covers every stage of your search. Know your recruitment budget before you begin, and keep knowing it.

One Fee. Everything Included. No Surprises.

Eewolve charges a single flat fee agreed upfront, regardless of the salary of the candidate placed. You are not penalised for hiring ambitiously. The fee is fixed at the point of briefing and does not change.

Your fee covers role briefing and job architecture, multi-channel candidate sourcing, CV screening and competency assessment, shortlist delivery, interview scheduling and preparation support, offer management, and structured post-placement check-ins at 30, 60, and 90 days.

A traditional agency placing a £50,000 salary role at a 20% fee charges £10,000 — and that figure rises with every salary increase or role re-brief. Eewolve's fixed fee is agreed once and stays fixed, making recruitment a predictable line item rather than an open-ended liability.

Keep the Hires You Make.

High turnover is not a hiring problem — it is an onboarding and development problem. Eewolve offers an optional 12-month structured learning and development plan for every new hire, designed in partnership with the employer and tailored to the role.

The plan covers skills mapping in the first 30 days, targeted development milestones at 3 and 6 months, and a performance and progression review at 12 months. Employers who include the L&D pathway report faster time-to-productivity and measurably lower first-year attrition.

Common Questions From Employers

The questions below address the concerns we hear most from hiring managers before they engage. If yours is not listed, use the form below.

  • How does the fixed fee compare financially to a percentage-based agency?
A percentage agency typically charges 15–25% of first-year salary. On a £45,000 placement that is £6,750–£11,250 per hire. Eewolve's fixed fee is agreed upfront and does not scale with salary, so the saving grows with every senior hire you make.
  • What is included in the fixed fee?
Role briefing, multi-channel sourcing, CV screening, competency assessment, shortlist delivery, interview coordination, offer management, and 30/60/90-day post-placement check-ins are all included. There are no add-on charges for advertising, additional search rounds, or post-placement support calls.
  • What happens if the candidate leaves within the first few months?
Eewolve offers a structured replacement guarantee period. If a placed candidate exits within the agreed guarantee window, we re-run the search at no additional fee. The specific guarantee period is confirmed at the point of engagement.
  • How long does a typical search take?
Most searches reach shortlist stage within 10–15 business days of role briefing. Time-to-offer varies by role complexity and client interview pace, but the majority of placements are completed within 4–6 weeks of brief receipt.
  • Is the 12-month L&D plan mandatory?
No. The learning and development pathway is an optional add-on that employers can include at the point of briefing. It is most commonly taken up for graduate, early-career, and specialist technical roles where structured onboarding measurably reduces attrition.
